At BlueFit, we proudly acknowledge the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. As National Reconciliation Week (27th of May – 3rd of June) approaches, we invite our community to join us in reflection and meaningful action.
2026 Theme: “All In”
This year’s theme is a powerful call for every Australian to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation. It reminds us that progress requires us to step forward, take responsibility, and actively contribute to change every single day.
Our Ongoing Commitment: The BlueFit RAP
Reconciliation is a core part of our mission to foster inclusive spaces. Last year, we reached a significant milestone with the launch of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This plan continues to guide our efforts across our 60+ community facilities through four key pillars:
- Strengthen Partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and organisations.
- Build Respect by recognising and celebrating First Nations cultures, histories, and knowledge.
- Create Opportunities in employment, education, and business.
Our journey is visually represented by the beautiful artwork created for our RAP by proud Gomeroi woman Caitlin Trindall, founder of Mirii Art. Her piece tells a story of community and partnership, reflecting BlueFit’s vision for a connected future.

How You Can Get Involved Reconciliation is an ongoing journey built through listening and learning. This year, we encourage our members to:
- Join "Voices for Reconciliation": Participate in collective community expressions of unity.
- Attend Local Events: Celebrate and learn through local community gatherings.
- Explore & Learn: Access educational resources at home to spark conversations with family and friends.
Together, we are "All In" to build a future grounded in respect, connection, and shared responsibility.
