Men's Mental Health Week in June is a crucial time to pause, reflect, and remember that mental well-being is just as vital as physical health. To mark the occasion here at Mount Annan, we're celebrating the inspiring journey of one of our own: Glenn.

Finding the Right Balance

Since joining Mount Annan in 2025, Glenn has been a dedicated regular in our FX30 and PWRX classes. Finding time for health can be a mental hurdle, but Glenn loves that these 30-minute sessions fit perfectly into his busy schedule while delivering the ideal mix of cardio and strength training.

Smashing Goals

When Glenn first started, he set a massive goal for himself: to lose 20kg a milestone he has successfully achieved!

Transforming your physical health takes incredible mental fortitude. We are incredibly proud of Glenn’s hard work, consistency, and commitment. He is a fantastic example of what can be achieved with personal determination and the right support network in your corner.
