We’re excited to remind you that the BlueFit Swimming parent portal is now available at Mount Annan Leisure Centre! This enhanced tool is designed to make managing your child’s swimming journey easier and more convenient, with several new features to streamline your experience.
What Can You Do with the New Parent Portal?
- Mark Absences & Book Make-Up Lessons: Easily mark absences and schedule up to 12 make-up lessons per calendar year. Remember, to qualify for a make-up lesson, you must notify us via the portal at least 30 minutes before your class.
- Access Swim School Resources: Explore a range of resources designed to support your child’s progress and maximise their swimming experience.
- Update Payment Details: Keep your payment information up to date with just a few clicks.
- Check Class Progress: Track your child’s progress with regular updates. You’ll receive email notifications each time your child achieves a new skill.
- Pay Outstanding Fees & Book Additional Lessons: Manage outstanding fees and schedule extra lessons as needed.
How to Access the Portal
You can access the parent portal by clicking here. Log in using your existing credentials. If you encounter any issues, we recommend resetting your password. For further assistance, contact us at support@bluefit.com.au.
Important Information:
- Make-Up Lessons: Available for all students except those in the Bronze, Silver, & Gold squads. For more details on how make-up lessons work, click here.
- Marking Absences: Notify us at least 30 minutes before your lesson via the portal to ensure a make-up lesson. This helps us manage class availability and accommodate other students.
- Class Progress: Updated every 4-6 weeks. Check the portal for the latest information on your child’s achievements.
- Swim School Calendar: Lessons are conducted year-round with brief breaks over Christmas and Easter. Public holidays are non-chargeable. View our swim school calendar here.
