Driven by a clear, life-changing purpose, A Splash of Colour Swimming Incorporated works tirelessly toward a key goal:

Here at Mount Annan, we echo their belief that everyone, no matter their origin or previous experience, deserves to feel secure, empowered, and at ease in and around the pool.
The Personal Story Behind the Mission
The inspiration behind Splash of Colour came from recognising a crucial gap in our community.
Recognising that many adult migrants and refugees arrive in Australia without ever having stepped into a pool, founder Ennia Jones dedicated herself to breaking down the cultural, financial, and emotional barriers surrounding water safety.
What started as a focused effort to protect vulnerable individuals has evolved into a powerful movement transforming lives across New South Wales.
Years later, that same purpose continues to inspire the team every week in our pools. We get to see adults who may have arrived feeling anxious around water grow to become confident and safely enjoy time with their families. Whether it's a participant putting their face in the water for the first time, floating independently, or simply finding the confidence to join in and have fun, these moments remind us all why Splash of Colour exists.
Creating an Inclusive Community at Mount Annan
