How to book

Deposit & Booking
- A $100 deposit must be paid online to secure the booking.
- This deposit is non-refundable.
- Bookings may be rescheduled if necessary provided there is a tleast 7 days notice.
Confirmations
Final confirmation of the menu and number of children must be provided by before the party otherwise we will only cater or the number of children booked at the time of booking. A team member will reach out to you to confirm all details on the Tuesday before your party.
Attendance & Refunds
No refunds will be given if a child does not attend.
Timing
Please set the invitation time 15 minutes prior to the booked start time to ensure the party group has maximum time on the chosen equipment.
Supervision & Safety
- There will be lifeguards and a party host present, however parents must supervise their children at all times, during and after the party.
- Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
- All children participating must be of reasonable swimming ability.
- It is the host’s responsibility to ensure all children meet these requirements before confirming numbers.
Activities & Pricing
If any child does not meet the requirements for selected activities, the full price is still applicable.
Adults & Spectators
- Parents hosting the party and adult supervisors do not pay a spectator fee.
- Any adults who wish to swim must pay the standard entry fee.
